ABOUT US
The group is based in the Old School Pilton, at the top of Pilton Street through the arch next to the church. The group has sole access to two beautiful first floor studios with lots of natural light. One studio is set up with studio easels for painting in oil and/or acrylic, the other studio is set up with tables and chairs and is mainly used for watercolour/pastel, your artwork in progress and your materials can be left in studios from session to session. There are other resources available including a small library of art books for members to browse or borrow.
We organise occasional courses facilitated by external professional artists these are open to everyone but are made available to members at a significantly reduced cost. More experienced members of the group run occasional courses/tuition for members at no cost.
If you think that joining the group is something that may interest you, you are welcome to come into the studios to see the facilities and meet members.
Opening hours
- Monday & Thursday Mornings 10:00 – 12:30
- Tuesday evenings 6:00 – 8:00pm.
- Saturday 10:00 -12:30 – Cancelled due to lack of interest
